LAND DEVELOPMENT - TOWNHOME
This 15-acre development is a gated community with 88 residential lots in Pearland, Texas, owned by WB Pearland. Steve individually managed the entire process of its land development while working with Wan Bridge. 88 residential lots were successfully delivered in 2019 to facilitate the construction of 44 residential duplex buildings.
LAND DEVELOPMENT -
SINGLE FAMILY
The 248-acre master development consists of 812 residential lots in 10 sections, retail, and multifamily plus onsite utility facilities. The project is located within City of Bonney ETJ along HWY 288. Steve individually managed its land development overseeing land planning, budget, permit and construction, municipal acceptance, and lot delivery while working with Wan Bridge. The entry road and first residential section was completed in early 2021 to facilitate the construction of 51 single family houses.
LAND DEVELOPMENT - TOWNHOME
Located at Beltway 8 and HWY 288, this 5-acre residential development is the gated townhome section of Pearland’s master development “Ivy District” owned by American Modern Green. Steve individually managed its land development overseeing land planning, budget and permit while working with Wan Bridge. The preliminary plat was approved in 2020, directly securing the presales of 46 townhome units.
LAND DEVELOPMENT - TOWNHOME & SINGLE FAMILY
The 40-acre development consists of 215 townhome lots and 65 single family lots in two phases. The site is owned by WB Denton Land and located in a developed area in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Steve individually managed its land development overseeing land planning, budget, permit and land construction while working with Wan Bridge. Phase 1 construction was close to completion as of early 2021 and facilitate the construction of 186 residential houses.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT - TOWNHOME
This 88-unit townhome community is located in Pearland, TX. While overseeing its land development, Steve also managed its house design, engineering design and building permit and streamlined the transition from land construction to house construction while working with Wan Bridge. This townhome community was fully established in 2020.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT - SINGLE FAMILY
This residential community, located in League City, Texas, has a total of 175 single family houses in 4 sections. Steve managed its house plan, engineering design and building permit while working with Wan Bridge. The community was fully established in 2019.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT -
PATIO HOME
This gated patio home community is located in the vicinity of Lake of Houston in Kingwood, Texas. Steve managed the house plan and engineering design while working with Wan Bridge. Also, Steve successfully resolved the flood mitigation problem working closely with the municipality and civil engineer. The community was fully established in 2020.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT -
RANCH HOUSE
This project consists of 50 acreage homes scattering across an established residential community located in Bonney, Texas. Steve managed engineering design while working with Wan Bridge. This project is featured with extra efforts made to the house design to fully comply with the requirements of the homeowner association.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT -
TOWNHOME
This project includes a total of 94 townhomes, being a part of a master-planned residential community “Balmoral” in Humble, Texas. Steve, while working with Wan Bridge, managed engineering design for the houses, and went extra miles handling engineering issues at a community level. These 94 houses were fully established in 2021.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT -
TOWNHOME
Built in 2018, this project is a triplex building in a gated community in Houston, Texas. Steve, while working with Wan Bridge, managed house plans and building permit and supervised house construction.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT -
VILLA “MECHANICAL”
This project is a single-family house patented for its bedroom and swimming pool that are driven by an electro-hydraulic system to travel. Directly working with industrial experts, Steve managed and supervised the upgrade of such a system.

Sheraton Hotel, built in 2013, is a 5-star hotel in greater Beijing area of China. Steve provided project management to the hotel design and construction.

Four Points hotel, built in 2012, is a 4-star hotel in greater Beijing area of China. Steve provided project management to the hotel design and construction.
